Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy for adolescents and adults, creating a supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. As a bilingual (Spanish/English) therapist, I am happy to provide services in Spanish to ensure you feel most comfortable expressing yourself.

My approach to therapy is integrative and personalized—I believe your story is unique, and our work together should reflect that. My goal is to meet you where you are, helping you navigate life’s challenges while building on your existing strengths and resilience.

I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, and perinatal mental health, and I also have experience supporting individuals with depression, OCD, ADHD, Autism, life transitions, grief, and chronic health conditions.

As a Catholic therapist, I can incorporate faith into our work if that is meaningful to you.

Please feel free to send me a message to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to determine if we are a good fit.

Consultations & Workshops

I offer consultation services for professionals across a variety of settings, including schools, workplaces, and church communities. Whether you’re seeking case consultation or guidance on how to better support the mental health needs of your community, I aim to provide practical, thoughtful support tailored to your unique setting.

I also offer workshops and presentations designed around the needs of your group—such as parent support, self-care, and mental health education. I have experience providing professional development, leading retreats, and speaking at conferences, and I enjoy creating spaces that are both informative and meaningful.

Please feel free to reach out to discuss your needs and explore how we can work together, including details about services and fees.

Assessments

I offer comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults.

Testing is designed to provide a thorough understanding of attention, learning, and overall functioning, and may include a clinical interview, cognitive (intelligence) testing, review of records, and assessments of attention, executive functioning, memory, and mood (dependent on the presenting concern).

Following the evaluation, you will receive clear, personalized feedback along with recommendations to support success in school, work, or daily life.

Testing for children and adolescents is offered in person, while adult evaluations are available both in person and via telehealth.

If you’re wondering whether testing is the right next step, I invite you to schedule a phone consultation to discuss your needs.

I will be offering autism assessments soon, and currently have a waitlist. Please contact me to be added to the waitlist.
