Individual Therapy: 

I offer therapy for adolescents, young adults and mothers (ie., perinatal mental health). I am bilingual (Spanish/English) and offers services in Spanish.  I utilize an integrative approach and tailor my work to each client’s unique story. My main goal is to meet clients where they are and help them to overcome different life challenges by building upon their strengths.

I am a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and work closely with the child/adolescent and their families through the healing process of trauma, as trauma does not just impact the child/adolescent, but it also impacts the family.

Parenting Support: I have met with parents where I support them in building upon their strengths as well as trying new interventions, based on their needs.

Consultation and Workshops:

I offer different forms of consultation for professionals in the same field, or in other fields (schools, workplace, church parishes). Consultation can consist of case consultation or of how to better support the mental health needs of a population in a particular setting (ie., schools, ministry programs, workplace).

Workshops and talks can also be arranged, based on the needs of the community (i.e., parent groups, self-care).
