Out of Network: $200 per session
I do offer Superbills, it is up to insurance how much they reimburse.

I am not in network with insurance for assessment.
A superbill for insurance can be provided.
Fee for Assessment: $300/Hr
A final total cost estimate will be provided to you prior to starting the assessment process. The final estimate is based on need and subject to change on case by case basis.
Superbill Information
Reimbursement is determined by insurance.
Please make sure to discuss with your insurance if they reimburse for out of network providers and if there are any deductibles, so that you are aware of the process for your insurance.
