Therapy
I provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, offering a supportive environment where you are seen, heard, and understood. As a bilingual therapist, I am pleased to offer sessions in both Spanish and English.
I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and perinatal mental health, and also have experience supporting individuals with depression, OCD, ADHD, Autism, life transitions, grief, and chronic health conditions such as Type 1 Diabetes.
Assessments
I provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, available both in person and via telehealth. At this time, assessments are conducted in English. Evaluation services include ADHD, autism, IQ assessments, and psychological and diagnostic testing. Consultations
I offer consultation services for professionals across a variety of settings, including schools, workplaces, and church communities. Whether you’re seeking case consultation or guidance on how to better support the mental health needs of your community, I aim to provide practical, thoughtful support tailored to your unique setting. I have also provided individual supervision for therapists seeking supervision.
